Use with Website Pages

I’m a novice at codes–with that being said here is the issue: I want the ability to play audio files on my WP website; I downloaded this plug-in from the plug-in page, but am unsure how to get the audio files from my computer (the files are Real-player audio files), to play via this plug in on my website. I’ve tried the “upload media files”, but of course, this didn’t work. After the downloading and installation of the plug-in, will someone please have mercy on me and provide me the step by step process, in laymen’s terms, of what to do? The audio recording is a voice recording done by me, and downloaded to Real-player on my computer. Now, I’m trying to upload it to the website for others to listen to. I’m not even sure of how to get the MediaElement.js – HTML5 Audio and Video plug-in to work once it is downloaded and installed. Please help. Website is https://www.nwankpaenterprises.com.
