use wordpress authentication for woocommerce application

I want to create an application for my Woocommerce store. I use jwt wordpress authentication plugin.

In woocommerce documentations for rest api:

WooCommerce includes two ways to authenticate with the WP REST API. It is also possible to authenticate using any WP REST API authentication plugin or method.

so can i use jwt plugin for my application? without need to use any other way or plugin for submitting orders?
