Use WordPress to show exam results?

  • I am trying to build this site for a school and I want to archive this but not sure how to do so. What I am trying to do is;
    1. Create a database for the students with their examination results. Each student will have their own unique ID number.
    2. Allow a user to input the ID number to obtain the results.

    What plugins would I have to use to archive this? Any help would be highly appreciated.
