use your plugin to create a little grid in the header of the theme

hello dear developer,

can i create a widget that allows to add several shortcodes to?

example: see the page https://www.ex-libri.org

in the header i have a meta-slider (at the left side of the center)
i want to add more images to this area – i.e. to the right of this slider.

i thought of adding some shortcodes to the theme (which is responsive by cyberchimps).
I want to add some images so that the area looks abit like a grid of three or four photos.

question: can i use your plugin to do so?
