Firstly I want to appologize because I haven’t got back to you. This is my first plugin and I was counting on recieving questions on my email but I didn’t recieve any mail.
I know this should work on the WordPress version you are using, so that should not be the issue.
1) If you type the adress https://localhost/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php directly in your web-browser – a 0 should be echoed out on the browser (only). Is that the case? If it’s not the case it seems to be something with the configuration on your local server that for some reason cannot find the ajax admin file.
2) Are you able to test this on a specific domain? Is it the same issue then? Able to try on another computer? Same issue?
3) Are you able to mail me duplicator install files? (that basically makes a total backup of your site) – (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/duplicator/). send them to info at wibergsweb.se in that case. If you do so, I could get back to you if the issue is in the code/conflicting plugins etc or if it is in the local server configuration.
