Used buttons with css from the classic style. What to do when moving to modern?

I used the css classes from the classic style in most of my posts. There are about 100 buttons in my posts that I manually entered/copied.
Now, when moving to the Modern style, those buttons no longer work. What’s my best option here? Adding custom css for the buttons only? Manually replacing each button with a different class? Maybe run a “Find & Replace” for the old classes with the new ones? Not sure if this would probably screw something else up
