Used editable form – after submission

I’m wondering if this plugin can allow users to both register for an account as well as fill out an application form that they can edit after it’s been submitted. For instance I would have vendors applying to a farmers market, pay their fees etc via the form. But later on before the event starts they might need to return to their application to add additional details, upload files etc.

Is this possible with your plugin? How would users find their submitted form? Would it be visible in their account dashboard in anyway?
