• Works if you change nothing. This used to be my go to maintenance mode plugin, but just spent 15-20mins trying to work out why updating the page design won’t actually save. ‘Something on your server is preventing the page saving’.

Not it’s not the server. It’s the plugin. Every other plugin/front end builder works on my server setup across multiple sites.

Also once you select a template for a maintenance page, you can’t delete that template and choose another one. As another review said. Convoluted UX. I’ve moved on now.

  • @iamg Sorry about that.

This warning message ‘Something on your server is preventing the page saving’. shows if you have a security plugin installed like WordFence, or your hosting provider mod security limitation or caching issue.

For the Coming Soon/Maintenance page, you have an option to change the template via Page settings. Only the Lading page needs to recreate if you want to change the template.

    We hope the above explains.
