Used to be but no more.

I was a happy use of WP Filebase for many years. Until a recent WP upgrade. Then the plugin became broken. I asked for help from the developers, even offering to pay for support. Desperate after no response, I purchased the PRO version, hoping that would get their attention.

Nope. Open ticket sitting unanswered for two weeks now. I can no longer recommend this plugin to any of my clients or web design colleagues. Support is beyond abysmal. It’s non-existent.
