• Have been running this for a few years on our Scout group website. The latest update has caused no end of problems with the site just showing a white screen. Have removed and reinstalled with no success. I have now un-installed and will be looking for something else to replace it.

    @rfnm – Sorry to read you ran into issues updating NextGEN Gallery; did you send us a Bug Report and/or start a support topic to try to get some assistance?

    Thank you for your response which is encouraging. However, the discovery of the issue occurred as I was carrying out updates ahead of a handover of the site to a new web-master (my kids are no longer in the scout group, his are just starting).

    I have limited time available to troubleshoot issues on a charity site that I just volunteer my time to run. After tracing which plugin was causing the issue and trying a few attempts to rectify it from advice given for others with the same issue (increase memory limit for the site, which had no effect) the quick fix was to remove the gallery.

    I accept that you have spent long hard hours developing the plugin and offer it free of charge, for the use we had I am grateful. If there is a future update I will recommend that the new web-master install it and see if the problem is resolved.
