Used to love it until it broke

With the latest update it broke and although tech support has been responsive they keep blaming my theme code for the problem, even though I updated the Sumo and not my theme. It worked perfectly fine before the Sumo update and has become just a mess. I did everything the support guy told me to do which kind of fixed the Mat displaying issue but broke my blog theme and then he tells me, oh, well, now that’s your theme’s problem. Wait? what? You told me to do that with the code… and I am paying THEM! Careful.
With the type of responses I’ve received and NO fix, please beware of this plugin, especially since it comes with a price tag.
