Used to love this plugin … Whahappened?

  • This used to be the best plugin. Worked quickly and simply and delivered great information. It still does in most respects. However, over the last couple of months the “Overview” page has just fallen apart somehow. It simply doesn’t work. It tries to load forever and then either gives a “Timed Out” notification or it goes to a 404 page. I’ve noticed others have mentioned the same thing. I’m hoping somebody will get a handle on this and fix it soon. Sad to see such a good plugin go downhill.

  • Same here! It was great in the beginning, loved the graphs and type of visitors but now no support. Overview has not worked for a couple of months. Used Visits mainly now it won’t work. Times out and goes blank.

    Thank you to rate the plugin and report the error, we are working on the overview page. Indeed Tractor Joe report also the same behavior, we are yet seeking the origin of that we didn’t success to reproduce the blank page of overview.
    Could you reply me both about the result of the dashboard widget : it is showing your stats?
    Moreover if you let us your email through the website (not here), I would send you a test version.
