    Purchased PRO version. It used to scan fully. I did NOT change my website and after some WordPress updates and Wordfence updates, for some reason it just sits on scan and won’t finish.

    I reached out for support. They told me they thought it was my other plugins ‘maybe’ causing a ‘conflict’ or my own server. But would not answer me to tell me why they did not think it was a Wordfence plugin issue. I gave them Admin access to check my WordPress, and after they checked into my WordPress they said it was not a Wordfence issue, then when I asked how they came up with this logic, they said they cannot troubleshoot my site (I did not ask them to do this). Then they basically said I asked too many questions and wanted to know if I wanted a refund… This is what they call, “premium support?”
