I was very surprised to get replies by a plugin author usually within a couple days, about a dozen times. I am new at computers, and they have been patient with me, and encouraged me to ask more questions. I can say the same for the people, at a higher level of support, who they referred me to. I’ve received help from people at a higher level at least a couple times. Though my search might not have been the most thorough, they were the only one I could find that, out of three, for free, let logged in users view their activity at a forum (such as topics started, replied to, and subscribed to).
