I used to use the free version of Jetpack, which gave me the number of visitors directly, on the same day and on other days.

A much better and free plugin, but it was causing me to lose points on Google page speed, so I had to uninstall it and switch to the pro version, well the first 100-euro pro version from Monsterinsight (because there’s another one twice as expensive).

Unfortunately, like Google, it only gives hits from two days ago.

There’s information about the day before, but it’s wrong, you have to wait until the next day to get the right results.

So I regret my purchase, but Google has condemned us to no longer having effective daily statistics.

And I also used to use Site Kit, which was much more powerful than Monsterinsight and free because provided much more useful information.

Unfortunately, Site Kit stopped working for my site, for some reason, I’ve been trying to get it to work for months, with no results., but it gives me a lot of extra informations like clicks on my affiliate links.

With Monsterinsight, even though I paid 100 USD for the pro version, I don’t have this information. I think I should pay another 100 USD for the other pro version (the first one is limited, just to get you to buy the other pro version, I think it’s because 200 USD can dissuade buyers).

Finally, I hope that Site Kit will manage to correct its many bugs so that we can once again enjoy more advanced analyses free of charge!

    Hi @pierreto,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

Although Google Analytics data does have processing delays, Google invests significant resources to filter out bots and ensure that your stats reflect real human visits and interactions, to provide a more in-depth insight into your website’s performance. To learn more, here’s a guide you can check out: https://www.monsterinsights.com/google-analytics-vs-jetpack-wordpress-stats-which-is-better/

Also, with Google Analytics, the timing of when data is available depends on the processing period and the report being viewed:

    • Realtime reports process typically in less than 1 minute.
    • Standard reports or cards can process as early as 30 minutes we’ve seen, but typically in 4-8 hours. However, Google allows for 24-48 hours of data processing which means during that time, data may change.
    • Custom reports or custom explorations require at least 24 hours.

For more details, here is Google’s guide on data freshness: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11198161?hl=en

That all being said, if you happen to notice any issues with this, and you have an active license subscription with us, please feel welcome to submit a support ticket through the MonsterInsights account dashboard (if you haven’t already) and our support team will be happy to help rule out if there are any tracking issues.

    Thank you.
