This extension is based on Envato-Wordpress-Toolkit – first time hearing about this extension – it is false you wrote – MDTF doesn based on it! I am using only code I created.

Then, why your range slider’s js library (for example) is inside wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit/js/ion.range-slider ?

I surely did something wrong, it’s my first time on WordPress. I’m using this with Adrenalin Woocommerce Theme.

And it simply does not work.. For example, after installing and with almost no configuration, I configured your widget to be inside woocommerce’s shop sidebar, and when I try to filter something, it brings me to a 404 error… I had to use AJAX since it didn’t work without ajax and I don’t know how routing works on WordPress ! And no docs anywhere on code, all graphical tutorials which show really few options… (on routing for example)

So you not answered me! What the reason?

All problems are solved, I made it custom, no time for support here, sorry.
But still, when installed first, it wasn’t working, it brought me to a white page, and ajax query wasn’t getting the right template (maybe, or surely, because of the theme). Then, it’s not responsive, and not WPML compatible. BUT, you’re the only plugin to support radius filtering with taxonomies, which is a good thing.
And now I don’t understand why you told in bold that you never heard about the envato-wordpress-toolkit, since the ion.rangeSlider is actually in this plugin, and many other functionalities of your plugin… Also, I could not find really a folder with your work in it.. All is inside the envato-wordpress-toolkit folder, and inside another envato-wordpress-toolkit-master folder.. I downloaded your plugin from WordPress’ GUI.

and not WPML compatible – very compatible, it is already second year on codecanyon, and all is ok. Another question that WPML can makes surprises on different themes and plugin combinations but it all resolvable too…

the envato-wordpress-toolkit – because I really did not heard about it and use GPL code which found by my self without different libraries which I do not like to use …

Just only one idea – somebody renamed the plugin folder, files inside is for MDTF. You can download and look original version of the plugin – there is no such folder as envato-wordpress-tollkit

No… I installed it from WordPress admin, 100% sure ??

It is not possible for 100% – folder will be wp-meta-data-filter-and-taxonomy-filter – the same as here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-meta-data-filter-and-taxonomy-filter/ if to download the plugin – renaming the folder is possible by php script OR by hands only. Maybe you have ideas how that can be done, or can you install automatically to test site MDTF from www.ads-software.com to be sure that folder is not envato-wordpress-toolkit

The more: https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit – such plugin is already exists, and by www.ads-software.com rules not possible has the same folder names …

Rating clearly does not work that way.
Is it your first extension sold online ?
If yes, now you know : it’s life, you can’t erase the past.
Your product needs to be great from the beginning until the end. Or you’ll always end up having bad rates.

it works SUPER PERFECT on my side and saved me tons of coding…

you are effecting a persons reputation, income for nothing here.

on my end, realmag777 ALWAYS replied to support and always fixed everything – even the smallest problem.

support was fast and solution was accurate.

i suggest you give realmag a chance, he will fix your problem in no time – i guarentee that based on my experiance with him…

one last thing – in my server, there is no relation to envato toolkit, i searched all its files (which btw, dont look same as youra at all) – possible you downloaded the envato toolkit or the mdtf plugin not from a relaible source?

realmag – keep up the good work – your plugin is PERFECT.
