useful in database optimization

I have used the Pro version of the plugin to clean up an older installation of WordPress. Being able to go through the Options table and set criteria for Autoload is very helpful. This can be done via PHPmySQL, but here Advanced Database Cleaner gives you hints as to which plugin an option belongs to. The hints are inaccurate when the plugin has been removed (and an option entry is left in the database) from the website but otherwise it works well.
