useful plugin and helpful support

I was a bit nervous of the support i’d get once i bought the pro version after reading previous reviews, but so far so good! The free version was fine, but i needed a few additional features so had to pay up. It’s definitely on the expensive side for what you get, especially compared to some other amazingly complex plugins like Bullet Proof Security and s2member framework, and I’m a bit disappointed about the amount they’ve set for ongoing renewal of their product (only 50% discount). BUT, having said that, they’ve based their product on BuddyPress which seems to be a challenge and they are continuing to develop the features, so it should only get better.
Overall, worth it if you need this feature on your BP site. Thanks rtmedia!
ps: I should add that they’ve actually gone the extra mile to explain things in detail to me, when I was really confused! So i now have great confidence in their ongoing support of any issues I have with it – strongly recommended!
