    I have been using the pro version of this plugin. It is a useful plugin for my online business. But their support is really bad. I had a few issues and wrote in to the support team a few times. Their replies and and supports are unhelpful and seems to be reluctant to provide any solution. I ended up living with all the issues. I am too busy with my business to keep following with their lazy reply. There was once they just tell me that there is nothing they can do and I have to just live with the problem of their plugin. I just wrote another request for support earlier because I had problems with their delivery report. The reply was so flippant and unhelpful. I do not know what they meant. It has been like this since I subscribed to their pro version. I saw good reviews about their support. I am not sure are they genuine reviews or they give better support to those who are using free versions. I am giving two stars because their plugin is useful, but their technical support is very bad.

    Hello,

    Just see your support request and see our support team is giving you a proper sugession. When you run an online business, you need to have some basic knowledge of everything. Because if there is any server/website related problem, you need to solve it yourself. We just give you a suggestion about what you need to do for solving it. You said that you are busy with your business so what we can do except give you a sugession! Even after the sugession, you didn’t reply anything about the outcome of the applied sugession!

    You afraid that those reviews are fake or something like that. But if we provide a fake review in our plugin by ourself, wordpress has a filter option to identify that and the punishment is banned the plugin from their repository.

    Perhaps it is helpful if you can put out a disclaimer or terms and conditions for potential subscribers, such as, “Subscribe to our plugin only if you know how to run xxx server, xxx programming language, etc.” Or “We will only assist if you know how to operate xxx.”
