We appreciate any feedback however calling it useless with over 500,000 installations and average rating of 4.8 from users running it might be a bit over the top.
Can you elaborate a bit your statement here, were you unable to use the plugin at all for some reason?
Did you get bad results after smushing?
We would like to help you out here and investigate any issues you had if you can provide us with some additional info.
Yes there are some limitations to free version of the plugin but since all the optimization is run on our servers to keep the load of the user’s we need to have pro version as well in order to keep them up and running.
