I can see that you are using GTranslate 3 months now, and that you have turned off the automatic translations we are offering and manually translated your content.
I believe that your translations disappeared simply because the original website content has changed and automatic translations were off, so nothing was translated. So I want to ask you some questions which will help me to identify the cause of the issue you have experienced:
1. Have you changed any text on the original version?
2. Have you used the block edit (pencil with square to edit HTML blocks) while translating?
3. Have you added/removed any optimization/cache plugin on your website recently, or changed your theme?
4. Were you checking your website while you were logged in into wp-admin section or you were browsing as a visitor?
This questions are important to understand what has really happened on your website.
