Useless….. doesn’t even show up

I’m sorry that you had such a poor experience with the theme. This is obviously not satisfying for me and the other people working on it.
I would be interested to understand why this problem happened to you and how we could make sure it never happen again.
Any other informations you could provide would be appreciated.

Nicolas is terrific and I love the theme so I hope you’ll reply to him. (I’m just a customer.)

I wonder if your blog was active prior to this and if you have old plugins activated. Old plugins that haven’t been updated cause problems in WordPress sites. If so, did you deactivate or delete them? Because you might find you have an issue with other themes as well.

Press Customizr is often updated and the team is highly responsive to any bugs that may crop up (which is not at all often).
