We can understand your frustration and we appreciate your valuable comment on this.
But please don’t misunderstand us, there is a solution on this settings tab if it is stuck for your browser cache. At first, just open the settings page and now inspect your page by clicking CTRL+SHIFT+I : or you can right click on your mouse and: https://prnt.sc/-YpEN6uz_GS9
Then just go to the Application section: https://prnt.sc/vxzHVznIhaDp select your domain, then click the right button and clear.
Hope your issue will be solved instantly. And you will be happy to know that we are coming up with a new settings design. Where this issue will be solved asap. For now please use the temporary solution. And if it is not worked after doing what I have said you then please reach us more using help center. We will take care of your site ASAP.

Hope you can understand the situation, the settings are stuck for caching which we already solved but without doing proper QA we can not release it yet However in this week you will get an update.
