Useless Support

Purchased Spectra Pro over a week ago. 24th April 2024 to be exact.
Got it activated and licenced but then the AI failed. It reached 98% and stuck.
Got one piece of contact from their FBook Page, which they say they don’t use much, but there is no other support. No Invoice from them. No email. Although I created an Account with them, I need the password. The reset never comes in days of trying and quite a few Contact Us forms sent from their Main Site. They are whitelisted on my server for the domain and their email.
So my experience is just as I stated. The product looks great, but the Company are terrible.I just don’t think they care. I’ve Message Sujay Pawar on Twitter and LinkedIN, because I do think he’s probably a great guy and does care. So he should know what is happening in his company. I’ve employed people in Business and in a Charity and you just don’t treat your customers like this.
I hope you find this critique helpful. I have to speak as I find and other new Customers need to know as well, if they are to get a balanced view.CURRENTLY REVIEWING AGAIN. SOMEONE IS IN TOUCH AND THERE SEEMS TO BE AN EMAIL COMMS ISSUE, ALTHOUGH THEY COULD HAVE DONE MORE.
