  • Are you sure you want to delete the account? Not just edit the email?

    either way the bellow should work…

    If you login to your account (you must have administrative privileges) and go to > Users…
    You can edit or delete all users there. (you can change most setting here but NOT the username. You would have to go to the database to do that.)

    i deleted account, but its still loginable, but without privileges. How can i do it?

    If you have access to the database you can delete it manually.
    Do you have any caches that need to be cleared?

    Is this a multisite? Did you delete it from the network admin panel? If you delete it only from the site administration it removes it just from that site.
