    Hello,
    Greetings of the day.

You can follow these steps to create a user in WordPress.

    1. Login to Your WordPress Dashboard: You can access it by adding “/wp-admin” to the end of your website’s URL (e.g., https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin).
    2. Access the User Section: Once logged in, look for the “Users” tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard menu. Click on it to expand the submenu.
    3. Add New User: In the submenu under “Users,” you will see the “Add New” option. Click on this to start creating a new user.
    4. Enter the required details and click Submit

Should you run in any issues/concerns I am happy to help you.

      Regards,
      Deepansh

@vikramkeelka when i create user and login with same credentials than redirect home page without login

What do you mean by that exactly? When the user logs in, he only sees the homepage? Then you have assigned him no role or a role with too few rights. But that’s just a guess. If this is not the case, please describe your problem in more detail.

@threadi we create 3 user and all are admin when site build 2 years back, now only one user access admin dashboard and rest not access both redirect home page without login and when we create new user facing same issue

When you edit the two users who have the problem, which role is assigned to them? Can you simply change the role, save it, then select the administrator role again and save it – does it work then?

@threadi yes i tried but not working

Tip 1: Deactivate all plug-ins as a test. Also change the theme as a test.

Tip 2: Delete the two users and create a new one. Note that you may keep existing posts and pages from both of them. You may have to assign them to your user.

Before doing so, you should definitely create a backup.
