User 2FA setting not showing under user details in woocommerce

Hello!

I enabled 2FA for “Customers” user group, in the user settings the check “Hide from user” is not active and “Active” is active.

However when I try to login with that user the website asks for 2FA code but the user still not set it up.

If I remove “Active” option for user he can log on with login/password, however no 2FA in user info when logged in.

How user can setup a code for himself?
I am using woocommerce
