    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'm testing out the MasterStudy plugin. Thus far I have encountered an issue that says some of the required template parts are missing on the Student/User's account page.

    * stm-lms-templates/account/private/parts/name_and_socials.php

    * stm-lms-templates/account/private/parts/name_and_socials.php

    * stm-lms-templates/account/private/parts/bio.php

    * stm-lms-templates/account_2.0/public/additional_information.php

    I have installed the latest plugin downloaded form wordpress plugin repository. Even when I download & extract the plugin and look into the respective locations the required php files aren't available.

    How can I resolved this. Looking forward for a favorable reply soon.

    Thank you

    Hi @hayesha

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, we are not able to recreate this bug in our testing environment, please try to resave settings several times. make sure that LMS Pages are generated and permalinks set as /%postname%/

    You can create a staging website with the default theme of WordPress. Then you can install only the MasterStudy LMS plugin and check for these errors again.

    This will help you make sure the plugin does not conflict with other themes or plugins.

    Best wishes

    Hi @ericstylemixthemes .

    I have a similar issue. On the User Account page, there is a tabbed navigation. Only the first option works. The rest are redirecting back to the first tab when I click them. I looked at the link they should be opening and created pages for them but I cannot copy the tab navigation code to those pages because I don’t know how the first tab has that navigation. When I try to use WP Bakery, it is saying the page is blank but is not – it is loading LMS content. How is it doing that so I can replicate it on other pages?
