User account settings page redirecting to 404

I am just setting up a new install of Ultimate member and all back end settings pages are working fine, with the exception of https://gmlpn.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options§ion=users which is redirecting to a 404 page. Any idea why this is happening and how to stop it?
