User activity logs are no longer

    Today I found that user activity logs (which were set to 400 days) are suddenly gone. It shows empty everything.

    We were about to buy your pro version, but due to this level of negligence we’re moving to other solutions.

    1. The support is provided if we have spare time for it.

    2. The issue can be caused by an unstable database server connectivity.
