User after login redirect url bugs

Hi,
In Action to be taken after login, i set that for those who are member after they login, will be redirect to the home page.
But the issue is, every time after the user had login, they will be redirect to their account page. No matter how i change it, it still redirect the user to their account page.
Please help!
