User agent URL redirect mobile admin apps

The WordPress for iOS and Android apps do not work (can not log in) when W3TC is set to redirect mobile users to a different URL based on the User Agent Group settings. It seems W3TC redirects every single page/folder request to the URL specified without exceptions, including the wp-admin/login sections. This makes it impossible to use any mobile apps for WordPress. It also makes it impossible to edit the (desktop) site via a smartphone.
Is there any workaround for this? Something that can be edited in the .htaccess file?
