User already subscibed but Ooop error

    Hey there, i had a couple of clients that tried to registere for a second time. Normally the the error message “your are already subscribed” should be displayed. But in our case the regular “Oooop” error is displayed. What can i do that the “already subscribe message” is there? thx

    Please login to your website and then go to the “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu. Copy the errors listed here and please share with us. Make sure to remove any sensitive content before sharing the details.

    I checked the log files and this is the code with the Oops errors…

    Can you please share a screenshot of your form settings as well as the “Messages” tab? Also, would it be possible to share a link to the page where we can test this form?
