User answers leading the Chatbot to focus on specific data / pieces of text

    Hello, I know that I can use AI Engine / ChatGPT as a Q&A chatbot. However, I would like to know if there is a way that the initial user questions and answers would lead the Chatbot to focus on certain topics depending on the user’s answers. For example, the users answers the question “Do you want info on kindergartens or schools?” with “Kindergardens” and the AI would then use this in order to proceed with content and follow-on questions. Thanks.

    Hello @rdoc ,

    To ensure contextual understanding, messages in each conversation are sent in batches. You have the option to adjust the number of previous messages that the AI receives by increasing the “Max Messages” setting under “Chatbots > AI settings”.

    Additionally, you can guide your chatbot to engage in specific topics by configuring the context prompt.
