My issue is visitors are unable to comment on posts {(currently Off)-(wordpress)}, Products (WooCommerce) and Services (Directorist-Business Directory).
Whenever any one (even Admin of the website) try to comment, a SIGN-IN POP UP opens to request username and password, even for signed in users (including Admin), (I have set register user can only comments).
    Issues:-
    (i) When user first Signed In why this popup appears?
(ii) Even after filling this pop up ( Username and Passwords) comments did not posted and this popup still remains visible.
    Solutions So for:-
    (i) I have tried all what I can found on internet (google, YouTube, WordPress Forums, Plugin Forums, etc.).
(ii) I have deactivated all plugins and Activated one by one.
(iii) From word press Settings > Discussions, tried different parameters.
(iv) Tried different parameters from the plugins.
    (v) Tried different Themes including default one.
(vi) Took a backup of Website with plugin All-in-One WP Migration, Deleted My Website from C-Panel and installed Fresh Copy of WordPress and restore the back up.
    (Vii) Fresh Installed .htaccess file.
    (Viii) Replaced wp-comments-post.php file.
(iX) Requested Hosting Provider to clear Server cache.
    Special Note:-
I took back up and installed on XAMPP local environment. Wow all is working 100% accurately. (Astonished).
Kindly guide me what am I not doing and what can do more to function Comments. (Also contacted to supports of different plugin they say it is a WordPress error).
    Regards,
    Muhammad Sarwar

This is a basic HTTP authentication… and it’s not coming from WordPress.

From the response header, it seems to relate to some XSS protection coming from your Litespeed webserver. When I enter the admin/admin mention in the response header below, I can post a comment successfully.

I’ll recommend you get in touch with your host if the problem persists with ALL plugins disabled.

I am very thankful to you George Appiah (@gappiah), you have spotted the right point and now My Website Hosting Provider told me that it was a security firewall which was blocking the comments. Now my issue has resolved and all the credit goes to you.
    Allah Almighty Blessed you.
