User/author bio not displayed on author page

    Hi,

    1) The bio defined in the user settings is not displayed on the author page.

    2) The avatar defined in the user settings is not displayed on the author page. FYI: I’m using the Avatar Manager plugin to set a custom profile image without having to use Gravatar.
