User Avatar in Toolbar

    Using this plugin, logged in users no longer see their avatar picture when hovering over the toolbar in the top right corner of the page. The menu drops down, but there is just a black space where the avatar should be. Unfortunately it seems the only way to fix this is to disable lazy load for the avatar class, but this then exclude all avatars from lazy loading in bbpress threads.

    Any way we can get a fix for this?
