    Hello team,

Since Version 2.2.8, Admins and other allowed users can no longer see the Avatar edit section when editing their profiles on the frontend using a custom Dashboard.

    WordPress version: 5.5.1

  • Yep. Same issue. The avatar section has disappeared. My site admins can no longer edit the avatars of other users. Probably will have to switch to another plugin for now.

I have been experiencing the same issue across all my sites using this plugin.

Probably will have to switch to another plugin for now.

    which one did ?

I have the problem in the backend as well. The section just disappeared. It’s not possible anymore for anyone to edit a profile picture, rendering this plugin totally useless for now. ??

I will like to fix this issue. But I can’t reproduce it.

Here’s me as an admin able to change another user’s avatar https://prnt.sc/wgtzqd

Note, I tested on a fresh wp install created via tastewp.com

Admin can change the avatar but users with access to front end dashboard are no longer able to, the whole section has disappeared hence reverting back to the previous version of the plugin, where can I send you admin access to look into it?
