User Budget Plugin

Hi, I’m trying to do a store where several users will belong to specific groups, and they will have a monthly budget that are allowed to spend. No matter what they want to buy, they cannot spend more than the budget assigned by the administrator. Is there a plugin for this? I have found a lot that limits the ammount or total but for each product, not for each user/group… Any help will be appreciated.
