User can not upload image…

    I use this plug-in around few weeks.
    Thank you very much such great plug-in you make and give me^^

    I have one question about “User can not upload image”.
    ? When user write topic, then user can not upload image.
    ? After submit. If user try to modify topic, then user can upload image.

    Can I fix this issue?
