User can upload without logging in

I can’t see how to force people to login before uploading – any suggestions?
Also I previously paid for Pro but deleted the plugin, now have readded it but not showing ProThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

In the latest version you can find the option “Edit options” >>> “Contact” >>> “Limit contact entries and user recognition methods” >>> “Check if is registered user” which is a PRO option.
