User cannot log out of account

    I have all the required shortcode as pages in my website but one user contacted me asking how to log out and also sent me a screen shot and in this picture she cannot see the toolbar at the top. Do I need to add the “My Theme Login” for someone to be able to log out of their account?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    We do not alter WordPress functionality for logging users out.

    You can use a third-party plugin like Theme My Login to add a login/logout page on the front-end of your website.
