User can't add/edit category

I’m running a website with WooCommerce and would like my shop managers to be able to add and edit categories for products. At first, I thought it was a WooCoommerce issue but it seems like the issue is related to the user role not being admin. Is there a way to allow that user group to add and edit categories to posts? I have the User Role Editor plugin activated to manage permissions/capabilities. It seems like the “shop managers” user group has all available capabilities turned on. Code is not a problem, if someone has a nice function for that, I’ll know what to do with it ??
