User can’t register

  • After clicking on login, this is the error we get.

    You need to enable Anyone can register from your wp_admin >> Settings >> General

    Tried again but that option “Anyone can register” is already enabled.

    If user is already registered, on tap login works perfectly fine. The issue is only with new users.

    I can’t reproduce the issue on my site. Are you testing in localhost or a live site? If in the live site please share the URL so that I can test it.

    So finally I found the issue. Looks like this plugin is not compatible with Wordfence Security plugin.

    Thanks for your patience! We have tried to reproduce the issue by activating the Wordfence plugin (with default settings). But unable to reproduce. Wordfence is activated on our official site https://exlac.com/ and people are getting in with oneTap. It’s better to contact our support team for further assistance.
