User Can’t See Analytics

  • Hi, when this plugin is installed and activated, the store manager role does not have access to the Analytics menu option in the wordpress dashboard. The menu option is visible to the user but when they click on it, the error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” comes up. I don’t believe I changed any settings in the Adminimize plugin to restrict access to this item with the store manager role. As soon as I deactive the Adminimize plugin, the store manager can then access the Analytics menu without an error message. Can you please let me know how to resolve this?

    Did you find a fix for this issue? I am also having the same problem and it is extremely frustrating.

    Not yet. Unfortunately the author of the plugin has not responded and I can’t find any other plugin that does the same thing as this one – there’s some that do similar but this one was the better one from what I could see. Can you let me know if you end up finding a fix for this?
