user can’t see product categories metabox (bug?)

  • Under Appearance > Menus, a user cannot see the “Product categories” metabox, that lists the categories created in WooCommerce.

    Nothing is selected under AAM > Metaboxes & Widgets
    Nothing is selected under AAM > Backend Menu > Products

    Could this be a bug, or is there additional configuration to make the metabox appear for the user?
