User can’t View Rely

    Hello,
    I’ve intalled KB support on Avada Theme.
    All kind of user (subscriber as admin) cannot View reply ok tickets frontend page (href is linked to #)
    I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins but still not work. Also tried to disable first featured image on blog posts (as I see that to other people it stangely solved the issue). Nothing. I Really can’t understand how to fix

    Sounds like this is a conflict between the theme and the plugin. Likely bootstrap related. We’ll need to run some tests and come back to you

    Ok. Solved: with Avada Theme the conflict is between plugin and fusion bulder.
    You should deactivate fusion builder in the ticket’s pages.
