User could not comments on job single page

Hello

I just setup the wp job manager in my website. It is working perfectly except one thing.
The user can not comment on the Job Single Page.

This comes under the Job Single page under Comments :
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

I tried a lot and I also allowed the user for comments through the discussion page under the Settings.

Please revert….
