User created page through front end and with HTML

Hello,

I’m really sorry if this has been covered but i’ve been looking for 3 days on the best way to accomplish my task.

I have a site that I need to have logged in users be able to create their own content (such as a page or user profile) and only be able to edit their content. The other requirements are that they need to have a custom avatar (which they upload), front end access only, and the content has to be edited through a WYSIWYG editor.

I am willing to use a paid solution if necessary. I am pretty familiar with the wordpress Codex and backend, and pretty strong coder with PHP, but I don’t have the time/budget/deep knowhow to make my own solution.
