User created posts/pages

Hi all,

I hope this finds the right person, or if im in the right section.

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to read, as im fairly new to WP and im struggling to get my head around how i do this;

In short, i would like users on my site (once registered) to be able to create a page or post or ad… or perhaps submit a form for me to create this post.

once the this has been added to the site;

1. Would like this post assigned to this user specifically.
2. Allow other registered users to visit this post (found via a link or searched using the search for on site)
3. Allows other users to rate this post

I have Gravity forms. User submitted posts and site reviews plug ins all activated which all seem to be fairly good.
